Nederman "S" Series Inside Baghouse Dust Collectors
Nederman dust collectors are designed for indoor usage and have an operating capacity of up to 5000 CFM. The "S" Series collectors are enclosure-less and come equipped with a fan that operates at a low rpm allowing them to work silently. Decibals are in range of 65~70dB from 10 feet away, and lead the industry for their quiet operation. The "S" series are ideal for wood and composite dust collection and include a 99% efficient Super Bag filter that is safe for wood dust. How the Nederman "S" Series Dust Collectors Work:
1. During normal operation, contaminated air travels down into the supply duct.
2. Next the air enters the material handling fan.
5. Then the dust enters the hopper section of the filter.
6. As air moves slower within the hopper, the heavier dust particles fall into the collection bags.
4. The leftover dust then travels up into the filter bags.
3. The contaminated air is now clean and passes through the filter bag into the environment.
