Application: Pre-planing, surfacing and jointing all types of wood/composites with large chip removal. Also suitable for finish planing if quality demands are less important or in connection with subsequent sharpening.
Machine: CNC Routers, machining centers with HSK-63F, SK 30, ISO-30 Electrospindle Connection.
Work-piece material: Softwood and hardwood, composites and plastics.
Technical information: Pre-planing cutterhead with 4 edge Insert knives. Low noise and energy efficient due to spiral, segmented edge arrangement. Smooth finish through overlap cutting edges. Aluminum tool body for reduced weight. Ideal for 5 Axis operations. Tool Body and HSK 63 F arbor are mated, balanced together for superior performance.
