Four Flute Up Shear Rougher Solid Carbide Router Bits
Designed for Solid Wood, Wood Composite, and some Plastics.
These bits are used where an upward chip removal, superior finish on bottom and extremely fast feed rates are required.
Feed Rate: Wood Composites - 1000 / Hardwood - 800 / Softwood - 850
*Based on 1/2” Diameter Tool, Cutting 3/4” Stock at 18,000 RPM

Roughing tools are designed for high feed rates on CNC routers. Surface finish is not critical or bit used as a first pass. Excellent for hard materials that require a hogging pass or product will be sanded. Edge produced has "ripple" edge".
