CNC gasket is utilized in part hold down applications when using a CNC Router, milling machine and or CNC machining center. Gasket placed in both In-Channel table and On-Board table applications create a vacuum seal securing either spoil board material and or machined parts to the table of your CNC machine via the use of a vacuum pump.  CNC gasket prevents the loss of vacuum between your parts and or the Spoil Board (MDF typically) and is intended to rise above the surface of your table/pod by roughly 1/16”. Gasketing around the perimeter of this machined area of the table prevents the loss of vacuum and provides maximum part hold down during Routing/Milling processes. Gasket products include "Grid" and "In-Board" product categories. "Grid" and "In-Board" products are available in square, rectangular, or round configurations in various diameters and density.
